H3 Halogen Driving Light Kit for Specific BMWs
Specifically for your BMW R1100RT, R1150RT, R1150R, or F650CS, an affordable H3 Halogen driving light kit!
These lights are mounted off the fenders, to create a triangle of lights visible to oncoming traffic, and can be aimed for high beam only application or always on application. Night Picture shows HID light on the Left and H3 light on the right for comparison.
Each kit includes 2 - H3 lights, 2 light mounts (1 for each light), wiring harness, waterproof switch, relay and installation instruction. All the parts you need to get it installed on your bike.
This kit comes in either chrome light rings with silver housings and silver mounts, OR black light rings with black housings and black mounts. Please indicate your color choice. The housings are made from die cast aluminum, the lenses are made of thick glass, and the reflectors are made of coated steel. The bulbs are 35W and are readily available at auto parts stores.

Finally, an affordable HID accessory light kit! These lights are mounted off the fenders, to create a triangle of lights visible to oncoming traffic, and can be aimed for high beam only application or always on application. The HID lights are VERY bright… three times brighter than the H3 halogen option.

The ballast dimensions are 104mm X 60mm X 25mm, they are about the size of a pack of cigarettes. You will need to locate the ballasts within 20 inches of the lights. That is how much lead there is and it can not be altered in any way. Don’t try it! 23,000 volts go through the leads.
